About Our Pharmacy
Wooster Pharmacy LLC, Heidi’s Pharmacy, is a locally owned, professional pharmacy dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality service to the area. We regard service as the defining element of our business. It is our goal to provide complete customer satisfaction and meet the needs of each patient doing whatever it takes.
Our staff is made up of pharmacists, techs and delivery drivers with over 70 years of combined experience in the Wooster area. We have the experience and knowledge of a large provider but the benefit of being a small, local organization.
Free packaging, mailing, and delivery with every order are offers we are proud to provide. Heidi’s Pharmacy offers bottles, blister/punch cards, and multi-dose packaging options. We have competitive pricing and take most insurances. We specialize in long-term care packaging, eMARS, paper MARS, and consultation services as well. Pharmacy services should have a positive impact on patients, and we are dedicated to facilitating that belief and pride ourselves in being part of your health care team.
Meet Our Pharmacists
Heidi Geib
BS-Pharmacy, RPh
Heidi is the owner and pharmacist with many years of experience in the area. Over half of her career has been spent in the long-term care pharmacy field, and she has 30+ years of managing pharmacies. She is a Holmes County native, raised in Millersburg, earned her degree at Ohio Northern University, and shortly after that settled into the Wooster area. Heidi has always loved working in the independent, smaller settings as her history includes Mast Pharmacy, The Medicine Shoppe, Buehler’s, and most recently a site manager for Genoa Healthcare for 11 years. She has volunteered on multiple boards over the last 15 years and has served the community in many ways. Heidi believes in working hard, playing hard, taking care of her employees, and providing excellent service for the patients.
Linda McMaster
BS-Pharmacy, RPh
Linda earned her pharmacy degree at the University of Toledo. She has over 30 years of experience working in different settings. She has experience working for big companies like CVS, and smaller organizations like Ritzman Pharmacies. Her most recent position was a staff pharmacist at Genoa Healthcare where she worked for 10 years. Linda has extensive experience in long term care, mental health, and assisted living. She is dedicated to providing great service to all patients.
Saibra Hendershot
Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT
Saibra was born and raised in Massillon, and still resides there today! She brings over 23 years of working in various independent pharmacies to our team. Obviously customer service is extremely important to Saib, and she strives to go the extra mile. She is an active member of Abundant Life Christian Fellowship Church where she enjoys singing on the worship team. She has been married for 20 years, blessed with 3 kids-twin boys and a girl. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with family/friends, and her 2 dogs and cats. Saibra is very excited to get to know the wooster community, and to make their healthcare experience a positive experience!
Katie Raber
Pharmacy Technician
Katie was raised amish in knox county, and has spent the last 6 years plus working in finance. She was ready for a different challenge, and her love of people made her choose to become a technician! This role is new for her, but Katie has a real heart for serving people and making a difference in their lives. She is a firm believer of great customer service, and we are blessed that she has been able to communicate in dutch when it is needed. She currently resides in Holmes county with her husband of 12 years and her fur baby Zoey.
Beth Hine
Pharmacy Tech Trainee/Delivery Driver
Beth is a local girl that graduated from Triway High School. She had been working as an EMT/Firefighter for a few years when she decided to join our team and start a new career path. Beth started by doing deliveries because she enjoys the public and finding ways to help them. Once inside the pharmacy, it created a new passion for her, and she is studying the path to a certified pharmacy technician now! Beth loves the patients that we serve and the difference that we make for them! She resides in Wooster, with her husband, 2 step children, and one year old son.
