Kimmi Williams was born in Cleveland and raised in Parma and Wadsworth before ending up in the Wooster area. Kimmi has worked in the medical field for over 15 years. She has worked the front desk, as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist and spent the majority of her time as an Office Manager. Her personality and heart for the patient makes her a great fit for delivering prescriptions. Rain or shine, Kimmi’s smile will brighten your day as she brings your meds. Kimmi has been married to Scotty for 13 years. Together, they have 5 adult children, 2 Daughters in Law, 1 son in law, 2 beautiful granddaughters (not at all spoiled by Mimi), 2 dogs and 2 cats. Kimmi attends Church of the Savior and has volunteered for Matthew 25 of Wayne County, delivering food to people all over Wayne County. Kimmi loves to bake, sing, craft and spend time with her family.

The pharmacy is happy to add its youngest and newest member, Jessika. She has been a pharmacy tech with a half of a decade of experience. Her desire to be helpful has driven her through a customer service background and into the world of pharmacy. Working with the public has always been fulfilling for her. She has an amazing smile and positive attitude for everyone she comes in contact with! In her down time, she enjoys time with her family/friends while bowling, camping, bonfires, and sharing a meal

Pharmacy Technician

Cody Wines is currently pursuing his nursing degree at Akron University - Wayne Campus with the intention of participating in overseas medical missions. After helping out an orphanage in Honduras associated with Impact Ministries International, he became passionate about the medical field and excitedly joined Heidi’s Pharmacy in December of 2023 to continue learning new avenues of patient care. Cody values the relationships built with clients while working together to meet their needs. In his downtime, he loves grilling and relaxing around the fire with his family and his dog Joy.

Mary has over 35 years of pharmacy experience including retail, hospital, mail order and ambulatory care. She earned her pharmacy degree at Ohio Northern University in 1995 but had worked at her hometown pharmacy in Northfield since she was old enough to work. Outside of the pharmacy, she is a retired marathon runner and continues a special interest in nutrition and fitness. Mary has been married for 25 years and has two grown children. She enjoys getting to know her patients and prides herself on treating them like family

Doctorate of Pharmacy, PharmD

Nik earned her pharmacy degree from the University of Findlay. She has over 10 years of experience working in different settings - teaching, hospital, coumadin clinic, retail, and independent pharmacy. Nik enjoys watching soccer (Go Columbus Crew), exploring new places and spending time with her family. She enjoys providing compassionate care to patients.

Registered Pharmacy Technician

Tracy grew up in Wooster, graduated from Wooster High School, and then attended Ashland University receiving her chemistry, environmental science, and integrated science education degrees. She taught high school science and coached cross country for 2 years before deciding to work as a technician full time. She started as a technician in November 2020 at CVS while in college and joined the Heidi's team in June of 2023. She currently lives in Rittman with her pup, Parker. She's dedicated to doing all she can to make sure our patients get the care they need!

Heidi is the owner and pharmacist with many years of experience in the area. Over half of her career has been spent in the long-term care pharmacy field, and she has 30+ years of managing pharmacies. She is a Holmes County native, raised in Millersburg, earned her degree at Ohio Northern University, and shortly after that settled into the Wooster area. Heidi has always loved working in the independent, smaller settings as her history includes Mast Pharmacy, The Medicine Shoppe, Buehler’s, and most recently a site manager for Genoa Healthcare for 11 years. She has volunteered on multiple boards over the last 15 years and has served the community in many ways. Heidi believes in working hard, playing hard, taking care of her employees, and providing excellent service for the patients.

Linda earned her pharmacy degree at the University of Toledo. She has over 30 years of experience working in different settings. She has experience working for big companies like CVS, and smaller organizations like Ritzman Pharmacies. Her most recent position was a staff pharmacist at Genoa Healthcare where she worked for 10 years. Linda has extensive experience in long term care, mental health, and assisted living. She is dedicated to providing great service to all patients.

Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT

Saibra was born and raised in Massillon, and still resides there today! She brings over 23 years of working in various independent pharmacies to our team. Obviously customer service is extremely important to Saib, and she strives to go the extra mile. She is an active member of Abundant Life Christian Fellowship Church where she enjoys singing on the worship team. She has been married for 20 years, blessed with 3 kids-twin boys and a girl. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with family/friends, and her 2 dogs and cats. Saibra is very excited to get to know the wooster community, and to make their healthcare experience a positive experience!

Katie was raised amish in knox county, and has spent the last 6 years plus working in finance. She was ready for a different challenge, and her love of people made her choose to become a technician! This role is new for her, but Katie has a real heart for serving people and making a difference in their lives. She is a firm believer of great customer service, and we are blessed that she has been able to communicate in dutch when it is needed. She currently resides in Holmes county with her husband of 12 years and her fur baby Zoey.
